- A prize or refund hasn’t arrived. Claims never expire and work even while the game is paused. Open your payouts and claim from the wallet that placed the bet.
- A race was cancelled. Fewer than four horses were backed by the deadline, so every stake is claimable in full. The network fee is not refunded.
- How the game works. The player guide walks through a bet end to end; the whitepaper has the exact rules.
- Something looks wrong on chain. Every race, split and claim is public: check the contract on the explorer.
